Esther manages IMI’s popular national webinar series for designers, engineers, and contractors and is one of the main voices you hear introducing and concluding the programs. She also helps coordinate national and local programs.
She began as an administrative assistant for the International Masonry Training Education Foundation (IMTEF), where she supported staff by helping enroll members in the training database, organize and prepare materials for training classes, and much more. She then started assisting multiple IMI directors in coordinating marketing programs and various tasks.
Esther holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Southern Maryland. She is working to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
