Craft training is performed through the International Masonry Training and Education Foundation (IMTEF)

Grout Certification

The Grouting and Reinforced Masonry certification is being required by more and more architectural and engineering firms as part of their project specifications, and helps you be prepared for those projects! The program consists of a technical classroom lecture including: terminology, reasons masonry walls are grouted and reinforced and code requirements.  There is also a hands-on session with construction of mockup w/reinforcement, grouting and consolidation of mockup, proper installation techniques, slump test demonstration and cube mold sample demonstration.
