He joined the IMI team as the Chicago Job Corps Instructor in 1998, Local 21 Instructor in 1999 and Director of the Illinois District Council, Training Center in 2001. In 2011, he became IMI Regional Training Director for the North Central Region. Bob is a 2003 graduate of the ICP program. |

| Jonas began his masonry career in 1991 after graduating from the IMI pre-job program at the Golconda Civilian Conservation Center then joined BAC Local 4 IN/KY. He returned to the IMI team as the Local 4 IN/KY pre-job Instructor in 2001, Atterbury Job Corps Center Instructor in 2002, and in 2008 he became IMI North Central Regional Director for Job Corps Programs. He holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences. |

| Mike began his career in PCC/Masonry Restoration in 1990 with BAC Local 45 Buffalo, NY. He received the "BAC Craft Award" for Best Restoration Project in 1994. He joined the IMI Team in 1999 as the PCC Instructor and in 2003, he graduated from ICP. Mike earned a dual Bachelors Degree in Health and Safety and Education from the National Labor College in 2005and received a Master's of Arts Degree in Historic Preservation from Goucher College in 2011. Mike currently holds the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designation and is recognized as a "Master Safety Trainer" from OSHA Training Institute (OTI)/CPWR Region III. He also serves on the ANSI/SIA A10, A14 and A92 Main Committee's. |
